WE’VE BEEN BUSY manifests as a multi media installation and performance put together by Asher Danziger and Michael Meyer, the artistic duo that make up Being Beings. Departing Chicago in October the two road their bicycles to the southern tip of Florida, documenting the progress, making videos and archives of their findings and adventures that they sent home to the Happy Collaborationists. Unbeknownst to their friends and family at the end of their journey Being Beings fly back to Chicago to crash their own opening causing an emotional wave and powerful atmospheric shift with their entrance. Arriving on their bikes, bike packs and harmonicas in hand Being Beings move through the gallery changing all the videos in the installation to resting scenes of completion and set about constructing their travel tent in the middle of the gallery and lighting it from with in allowing people to share in their months of artistic experience.
